* *ATTENTION OVERSEAS MEMBERS* *

If you need a Letter of Invitation to secure a U.S. Visa, send
your full name as it appears on your Passport, a scanned copy
of your Passport, a copy of your registration receipt,
and your postal address to aoci@mail.com.

NOTICES
You MUST pay the registration fee before requesting a letter!

We will NOT mail letters to the Embassy for you. We have found
that this does not assist our members in any way in securing
an American Visa. We will send you an Invitation Letter by
email, which you can print and present to the Embassy.

YOU are responsible for securing your Visa and
for paying all fees and travel expenses.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER, THINK ABOUT THIS...
AOCI Conferences are NOT for the purpose of trying to secure sponsors
or funding for your ministries. The average total cost for you to attend the
two-day conference can range from $3,000-$4,000 (for passport, ground
and air travel, hotel and meals, etc.). Please only submit a request for an
Invitation Letter if you know for sure you are coming and have the finances.

AOCI WILL NOT FUND TRIPS FOR OUR FOREIGN OR U.S. MEMBERS.

Please understand, AOCI is like any other ministry operating under a
limited budget. Your help and understanding is appreciated in this matter.
