- Bishop Rev. Dr. TOGBEDJI Adadé Mawuko Albert is the Founding President of Freedom Covenant Global Ministries of Côte d’Ivoire, also known as FCGM_CI, The Washington Bible Institute of Côte d’Ivoire, also known as TWBI_CI. FCGM_CI and TWBI_CI are extensions of FCGM International and TWBI International, respectively. In addition, he is the Presiding Bishop of West Africa for FCGM and has the authority to ordain Ministers, appoint National Overseers and other officers, and to set in order new churches and Bible schools throughout West Africa.
He holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree and has been consecrated by the laying on of hands, anointing of oil and prayer by the Elders of The Hebrew Church of the East, FCGM Synod, as a duly called and consecrated Bishop of FCGM International, which is dulyI am member of this organization to bring my experience in the service of the others for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. God anointed me to train Servants of God, restore their ministry or their spiritual gifts and especially direct them in their ministry so that they carry out effectively the mission which God entrusted them. For that purpose, I organize seminars every month for the benefit of pastors here. I am also often invited outside of Ivory Coast for seminars or biblical conferences.
With my pastoral team, I organize crusades of evangelization in cities and villages of my country. The new souls who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are handed to the churches of the region. We distribute in these new souls soaps, some rice, some sugar, shoes and clothes.
