Who is knowledge and what does knowledge offer?

Knowledge comes from much study and learning; understanding comes [more so] from thoughtful reflection.

Intellect is the force which propels one toward knowledge and without application it rests upon itself ; wisdom is the result of the proper application of that knowledge and observing its impact with intellect and wonder.

Orders for Public Worship

The chief end of man is to glorify God in worship and in dedicated service. The primary ministry of the church is public worship. In worship man receives vision, inspiration, guidance, and strength for living the dedicated life. Worship is both private and corporate. The individual Christian brings his own contribution to corporate worship and in turn receives additional edification and strength from his fellow…

25 Interesting Prophecies and Fulfillments About The Coming of Jesus Christ

Rev Dr Howard Sands

The Old Testament includes about sixty different prophecies, with more than 300 references, of the coming of the Messiah. It was through the fulfillment of these prophecies that Israel was told she would be able to recognize the true Messiah when He came. The four gospels record several times when Jesus said that He was fulfilling a prophecy of the Old Testament. Luke 24:27 records, for…

Dear and Great Friends

My dear and great fiends and family in Christ,

it truly is a wonderful feeling have so many new members to my family.  My heart is swollen with joy. bI finally figured out how to post here again.  If I don't save a link or web page somewhere I can remember it takes a while for me to remember and then I have to search.  I got it this time. Embracing God’s Consolation for All Nations

As we all are quickly approaching the traditional celebration of the Holiday of Christmas, I was moved to revisit the Biblical record of the powerful prophetic writings from the prophets and the apostles concerning the physical coming of Jesus of Nazaret as The Messiah.

As I read through the most commonly told accounts about Jesus, I was drawn toward one person who is perhaps mentioned once in the Gospels. Below is my account of this man’s story and how his unique encounter…

Emblem of the Righteous in the Desert of A Guilty World

As a child, there is one statement that was repeated to me over and over again, “If you lie, you will steal, if you steal, you will kill.” I must confess that as a child, I did not understand the essence of this statement until later on in my life. Those who would communicate this stern warning to me did so in hope that somehow I would seek after what was righteous and not those things that were wicked.
