The book of Luke, Ch. 12 Ver 54 - 56; 54: "And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. 55: And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. 56: Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?"

A while back I decided to retake control of my life and perspective, as many of you folks know my life was on a much different path than it is today. I guess you could say that it's kind of like looking at a basket full of apples and trying to decide if you going to make apple sauce or apple fritters or even apple pie. Sure is a lot of choices one has to make in a life time.
Sometimes they are easy and sometimes it isn't so easy, especially when the decisions you make can and will… Continue

The comment was as follows, with no name mentioned. But the message is loud and clear. And so is my response.
"I was recently dropped from a friend's list because their perception was that I was not as Holy as they were. God knows my comings and goings and He knows my heart. It is a shame that people feel the need to judge, criticise, gossip and bring others down. Do you think that these things may be one of the major reasons"...

To all the people of the world and also those that call themselves Christians, I have a few questions, take a few moments between each question and ponder your answer and then please answer them truthfully within yourself.
What is it that you seek?
What is the one thing that consumes your thoughts?
What is your focus in life?
What is the one thing in your life you want most?
Do you feel that you have achieved what you want?
Are you ready to… Continue

For those of you that didn't know,I was in the hospital last week. I felt very week and numb on my
right side. Sometimes our physical bodies speak to us and over power the
word in us and that's what happened to me. But a wonderful testimony
for the Lord arouse out of it. They took me into the emergency room and
ran their tests. They sent me for a cat scan, that poor cat was spinning
so fast around he must have been very dizzy when they got done. They
found a blood… Continue

As a young man runs through the wiles of the world,he will capture only the time of now.
Change the yesterday he is unable.
To change tomorrow he is unwilling.
Time will trip, and he will find all years are behind.
Each moment of time he will grasp, each breath ponder at last.

For the past few years I have observed that many admonitions to behavioral standards for Christians have been met with charges of legalism. I have done this myself. Searching out the root of legalism can be difficult, yet it often seems to be predicated on whether such exhortations are attempts to glory before God at the expense of others, to the end that someone elevates himself to a status of godliness based on his works.
We [the… Continue

Greetings in the might name of Jesus! About a year and a half ago, my wife and I lived the Book of Job. We study, and preach it but this time we lived it, and was told by God to trust Him and walk away from it all.
