We met approximately 500 HIV/AIDS infected poor people in Guntur and Tenali surroundings. We have seen more than 100 orphan kids with HIV. They are all working as a maid (domestic workers) servants for 200 rupees per month salary at each house. Their parents have died with AIDS. Most of kids are child laborers with HIV.
