LHCL decide the bail petition of those who looted belongings of a poor Christian family

Kasur:On dated 15 May,2013 ,More than 30 Muslim extremists armed with deadly weapons attacked and looted cattle belonging to a poor Christian family of village Jago Key Ghuman,near Chak No.45 Pariana PattoKi , Kasur.Previous Report

On 31 May,2013,the FIR NO.155/13 was registered against the Muslims culprits who looted and kidnapped the Christian man.The Police is not making arrest the culprits and is not making recover the cattle and other belongings of Christian family.Bashir Masih was released from the illegal and unlawful custody of Muslims.
One thing is necessary to mention that this is the same Muslim who committed rape with minor Christain girl Fouzia Bibi on dated 25 January,2013. Report on Rape case

LEAD is dealing this case and providing legal assistance to the poor Christain family.Police is not making fair investigation after taking bribery from the alleged accused.The alleged accused sought bail concrssion from Additional and Session Judge Pattoki the same was dismissed.Now they have petitioned for bail concession in Lahore High Court Lahore in which the date of bail hearing is fixed 17 July,2013.LEAD's lawyer will defend the bail petition in LHCL.
